Directorate change

Chris Bell, Non-executive Director of The Rank Group Plc ("Rank") and Senior Independent Director notified the Board on 18 January 2022 of his intention to resign from the Board with immediate effect.

This follows Chris' decision to accept the role of Non-executive Chairman with Nueva Codere, subject to the approval of its shareholders.

Alex Thursby, Chair of Rank, commented: "On behalf of Rank I would like to thank Chris for his valuable contribution as the Senior Independent Director for the past six and a half years. Chris leaves the Rank Board with our best wishes."

Karen Whitworth has been appointed Senior Independent Director with immediate effect.
