Important events to be reported: The suspension of the share capital increase process of CN Aeroporturi Bucuresti SA Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L., in its capacity of alternative investment fund manager and sole director ("FTIS") of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. (the "Fund" / "Fondul Proprietatea"), hereby informs investors that, based on the claim filed by Fondul Proprietatea to suspend the effects of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting Resolution no. 15 dated on 26 October 2021 of CN Aeroporturi Bucuresti SA ("CNAB EGSM"), approving the increase of the share capital from RON 143,772,150 to RON 4,912,283,610, as a result of the contribution in kind of the Romanian State with the land inside the Băneasa airport (the "Increase"), the Bucharest Court of Appeal ruled as follows: Following the hearing that took place on 13 January 2022, the Bucharest Court of Appeal admitted the request of suspension filed by the Fund and ordered the suspension of the effects of the increase until the claim for the annulment of the CNAB EGSM is irrevocably settled.
