Foxtons Group plc (LSE: FOXT), London's leading estate agency, refers to its announcement earlier today regarding the disposal of the Douglas & Gordon sales business to James Evans, a director of Douglas & Gordon Limited (the "Disposal"). As James Evans is a related party of Foxtons, the Disposal is conditional upon the approval by shareholders at a General Meeting, which will be convened for 10.00 a.m. on Thursday 10 February 2022. A circular setting out the terms of the Disposal and convening the General Meeting will shortly be made available on Foxtons' website (www.foxtonsgroup.co.uk) and submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where it will be available for inspection at https://www.fca.org.uk/markets/primary-markets/regulatory-disclosures/national-storage-mechanism.
