Bank of Ireland announces that, following receipt of the requisite advanced approvals, Patrick Kennedy, Governor/Chair, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Nomination, Governance and Responsible Business Committee of Bank of Ireland, will join the Board of ASOS plc as an independent Non-Executive Director, Senior Independent Director, and Chair of its Audit Committee with immediate effect.
