New board candidate

ISS A/S (ISS.CO, ISS DC, ISSDY), a leading global provider of facility services, hereby announces that the Board of Directors has decided to propose election of Mr Ben Stevens as a new member of the Board of Directors of ISS A/S at the company's Annual General Meeting on 5 April 2016.
