SimCorp announces that it has signed a large additional license agreement with
Nomura Bank (Luxembourg) S.A.

Nomura Bank (Luxembourg) S.A. will be utilizing SimCorp’s investment management
solution, SimCorp Dimension to support its core business operations covering
custody and trade processing as well as fund accounting functions.

With about 370 employees, Nomura Bank (Luxembourg) S.A. provides a broad scope
of fund administration services to investment vehicles domiciled in different
locations.

SimCorp CEO, Klaus Holse, comments: “We are happy to expand the partnership
with Nomura Bank (Luxembourg) S.A. Nomura Bank (Luxembourg) S.A. has conducted
a thorough assessment of vendors and solutions in the market and their choice
of SimCorp Dimension proofs that the system is well-equipped to meet the
advanced fund accounting and custody business requirements faced by financial
institutions in Luxembourg.”

The realization of the total contract value is subject to successful completion
of defined milestones in the agreement.
