Rockwood Realisation (AIM: RKW), announces that it received notice on 10 January 2022 that Mr Christopher Mills, via Harwood Capital LLP, Chief Executive of the investment manager, purchased 26,750 ordinary shares in the capital of RKW at a price of 1442.16 pence per Ordinary Share, on 7 January 2022.
Following the purchase, Mr Mills' resultant holding in RKW is 133,499 Ordinary Shares, reflecting 5.25% of the Company's issued share capital.
