Block Listing Application
LONDON (UK), 10 January 2022 - Alphawave IP Group plc (LSE: AWE) ("Alphawave IP" the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 63,050,637 ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.
The Shares are expected to be admitted to the Official List and trading on the London Stock Exchange on 13 January 2022.
These Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued as a result of the award of shares pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan.
The Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
