The Company announces that it was notified on 6 January 2022 that Christopher Bruce Robinson, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, had transferred 119,000 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company, to his wife, Diana Lee Robinson, a person closely associated with him (PCA) for nil consideration. The transaction took place on 20 December 2021.

Following the transaction, there has been no change in the number of shares in which Christopher Bruce Robinson has an interest.
