INFORMATION on the acquisition of the Company's shares by the instructed person

Assistant Member of the Board, Mr. Marijo Grgurinović, has acquired on December, 31st, 2010., 640 (six hundred and forty) shares of the Company, marked ADPL-R-A by purchasing them through the Zagreb Stock Exchange, in the total value of Kn 73.740,80 i.e. at the average price of Kn 115,22 per share, so that after this transaction he is the owner of the total number of 3.355 shares of the Company.
