Morten E. Astrup, member of the Board of Directors, has decided to step down
from the Company’s Board of Directors following Storm Real Estate ASA´s sale of
its shareholding in TK Development A/S; see company announcement no. 5/2016.
Morten E. Astrup will retire from the Board with effect from today.
Accordingly, the Board of Directors will be composed of five persons in future,
and a decision will be made at the Company’s Annual General Meeting in spring
2017 as to whether a new member should be elected to the Board.
