In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Mr Daniel Burgess has been appointed as a non-executive director of JPMorgan Russian Securities plc, with effect from 4 January 2022.  Mr Burgess is due to become the Chairman of the Audit Committee on 4 March 2022 following the annual general meeting.

JPMorgan Russian Securities plc is a closed end investment company listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
