indirectly owns a total of 2,006,186 shares in North Media A/S, which is 10.003
% of the share capital and the voting rights.
Olav W. Hansen personally owns 314,783 shares, which is about 1.569 % of the
share capital and voting rights. The remaining 1,691,403 shares, which is about
8.434 % of the share capital and voting rights are owned through the company
Olav W. Hansen A/S which is controlled by Olav W. Hansen.
