In compliance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that its total issued share capital as at 31 December 2021 comprises 4,419,457,161 ordinary shares of 5 pence each, of which 7,691,247 shares are held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in Hammerson plc is therefore 4,411,765,914. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
