Full-year guidance 2016 upgraded at SP Group A/S

The Board at SP Group A/S has on its meeting today decided to upgrade the outlook for both revenue and result for the year 2016. The development in the activities in the first 5 months of the year has been more positive than expected at the beginning of the year.

Now SP Group expects a revenue for the FY 2016 at the level of DKK 1,400 – 1,450 million and a profit before tax and minorities at the level of around DKK 100 million.

Previously, in 2016 SP Group expected a slightly larger profit before tax and minorities than in 2015 (DKK 80.7 million) and a slightly higher level of activity than in 2015 (DKK 1,320 million).

Both the activities within coatings and plastics are developing positively.

SP Group manufactures moulded plastics and coatings at production sites in Denmark, Poland, Slovakia, Latvia, China, the USA and Brazil. Further SP Group has sales and service organisations in the Netherlands, Sweden, Germany and Canada. The Group has approximately 1,500 employees.
