Board changes

AJ Bell plc ("AJ Bell"), one of the UK's largest investment platforms, announces that Evelyn Bourke, a non-executive director, will be appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee with effect from the end of the 2022 Annual General Meeting ("2022 AGM").

As previously announced, the chair of the Board, Les Platts, and senior independent director, Laura Carstensen, who are both currently members of the Nomination Committee, will step down from the Board at the end of the 2022 AGM. 

Following the above changes, the Nomination Committee will be comprised of Baroness Helena Morrissey, as chair, and Evelyn Bourke.
