Final Dividend

for the year ending 30 September 2021

The directors of Schroder UK Mid Cap Fund plc have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 11.0p (net) per share for the year ended 30 September 2021. Subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 9 February 2022, the dividend will be paid on 14 February 2022.
