Confirmation of Dividends

Following the release of the Company's final results for the year ended 30 September 2021 the Board is proposing a Final Dividend of 3.5 pence per Ordinary Share in respect of the year ended 30 September 2021 subject to Shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on 3 February 2022. If approved, the dividend will be payable on 10 February 2022 to Shareholders on the Register on 7 January 2022, the shares will be quoted as ex-dividend on 6 January 2022*.

The Special Dividend of 7.0 pence per Ordinary Share, as announced by the Company on 22 November 2021, will also be payable on 10 February 2022 to Shareholders on the Register on 7 January 2022, the shares will be quoted as ex dividend on 6 January 2022*.

* Shares bought on or after the ex-dividend date will not qualify for the dividends.
