Transfer of Treasury Shares
Reach plc announces that on 14 December 2021, 1,214,063 ordinary shares of 10p each were transferred out of treasury, to satisfy shares awarded to colleagues under the Reach All-Employee Share Plan that vested on 14 December 2021.
Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, Reach plc holds a total of 8,128,176 ordinary shares of 10p each in treasury. The total number of ordinary shares of 10p each in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 313,957,093 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
