The Board of Directors of SimCorp A/S informs, that Chief Financial Officer
Thomas Johansen steps down with immediate effect. SimCorp will shortly initiate
a process for recruitment of a new CFO.
The expectations to the financial result for 2016, which were provided 10
November 2016 in connection with the announcement of the financial results for
the first nine months of 2016, are not impacted by this announcement.
