SUPERVISORY BOARD REPORT OF AS PRFOOD REGARDING THE ANNUAL REPORT OF 2020/2021

The supervisory board of AS PRFoods, registry code 11560713 (the Company) has reviewed the annual report compiled by the management board of the Company and hereby issues its written report thereof. The annual report is compiled for the 2020/2021 financial year of the Company. This written report is addressed to the shareholders of the Company.

The management board and the supervisory board of the Company have been cooperating closely in order to protect the interests of the Company and develop its business in the best way possible. The supervisory board has mainly focused on the strategic development of the Company and review of the management board's work results. In addition to the information provided to the supervisory board at its regular meetings, the management board of the Company has provided the supervisory board with regular and detailed surveys on the financial results of the Company. The supervisory board finds that the activity of the management board has been in compliance with the strategy of the Company and expectations for the financial year of 2020/2021 have been met as expected.

The supervisory board of the Company approves the 2020/2021 annual report and confirms the proposal of the management board to cover the loss as follows:

1. To confirm the loss in the amount of EUR 5,069 thousand euros of AS PRFoods for the financial year 2020/2021.

2. To cover the loss of AS PRFoods for the financial year 2020/2021 as follows:

3. a) 51 thousand euros from statutory capital reserve;

4. b) 5,018 thousand euros from share premium.
