According to Section 29 of the Securities Trading Act, Park Street Nordicom A/S
has been informed that Park Street Asset Management (Company registration no.
10138040), 41 Dover Street, London W1S 4NS, United Kingdom, owned 100 % by
Pradeep Pattem, as per 2 November 2017 has increased its shareholdings indirect
via the controlled subsidiary Park Street NordAc S.à.r.l., (Company
registration no. B210.132), 6D, Route de Tréves, L-2633 Senningerberg,
Luxembourg to a total of 37,547,315, which corresponds to 87.6% of the total
nominal share capital in Park Street Nordicom A/S.

Park Street Asset Management Ltd increased its shareholdings from 6,722,484
A-shares corresponding to 55.89% before the capital increase to a total of
37,547,315, where 6,722,484 are A-shares owned by Park Street Asset Management
Ltd, and 30,824,831 are new B-shares owned by its subsidiary Park Street NordAc
S.à.r.l. The total controlled direct and indirect shareholdings correspond to
87.6% of the total nominal share capital after the capital increase.
