Copenhagen, 23 January 2018

Pursuant to Section 21(3) of Executive Order no. 1171 of 31 October 2017, Copenhagen Airports A/S (CPH), on behalf of the offeror, hereby publishes the final result of the mandatory takeover offer made by Copenhagen Airports Denmark ApS (CAD) on 8 December 2017.

On 8 December 2017 CAD published the offer document regarding the mandatory takeover offer for the acquisition of all shares in CPH, not already owned by CAD, against a cash consideration of DKK 5,702 per share with a nominal value of DKK 100 each.

The offer period expired on 22 January 2018 at 17:00 (CET).
