Brief overview of the career of Enn Pant

Enn Pant (born 1965) has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AS Tallink Grupp since 2015. He holds positions in AS Tallink Grupp consolidation group's subsidiaries' managerial bodies. From 1996 to 2015 he held the position of Chairman of the Management Board and CEO of AS Tallink Grupp. He also holds the positions of Chairman of the Supervisory Board at AS Infortar and President of the Estonian Tennis Federation since 2013. He was the Chancellor of the Ministry of Finance of Estonia from 1992 to 1996. Enn Pant graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Tartu University, Estonia, in 1990. He owns, directly and indirectly, 14,45% of the share capital of AS Tallink Grupp, including a direct holding of 6,422,584 shares of AS Tallink Grupp.

Enn Pant (sündinud 1965) on olnud AS-i Tallink Grupp nõukogu esimees alates 2015. aastast. Samuti kuulub ta AS Tallink Grupp konsolideerimisgrupi tütarettevõtete juhtorganitesse. Aastatel 1996 kuni 2015 oli ta AS Tallink Grupp juhatuse esimees. Samuti on ta AS-i Infortar nõukogu esimees. Alates 2013. aastast on ta Eesti Tennise Liidu president. Aastatel 1992 kuni 1996 töötas ta Eesti Vabariigi rahandusministeeriumi kantslerina. Enn Pant lõpetas 1990. aastal Tartu ülikooli majandusteaduskonna. Ta omab kokku (nii otseselt kui ka kaudselt) 14,45% AS-i Tallink Grupp aktsiakapitalist, millest otseselt omab 6 422 584 AS-i Tallink Grupp aktsiat.
