dormakaba strengthens services and maintenance business in the Netherlands through acquisition of Alldoorco

dormakaba has completed the acquisition of Alldoorco in August 2022. The acquisition is another step to strengthen the company’s core business in the important Dutch market.

Alldoorco is a well-known company specializing in the maintenance, repair, and new installation of industrial door systems. With its high level of technical expertise in door solution services, the company is ideal complement to dormakaba’s existing offering in the Dutch market. Founded in 1983, Alldoorco is based in Nijkerk and employs around 20 people.

Alldoorco generated mid-single-digit million sales in Swiss Francs in the 2021 financial year. The parties have agreed to not disclose further financial details of the transaction.
