Correction: Major shareholder announcement

Correction to company announcement no. 12 of 2 July 2018

With reference to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, TK Development A/S hereby makes the following announcement:

TK Development A/S, ISIN DK0010258995, has received notification from Strategic Investments A/S, Christian IX's Gade 2, 2, DK-1111 Copenhagen, to the effect that the company on 2 July 2018 acquired 9,042,986 shares in TK Development A/S. Accordingly, Strategic Investments A/S owns a total of 12,183,445 shares in TK Development A/S, equal to 12.41% of the total share capital and voting rights.

Strategic Investments A/S and Strategic Capital ApS are ultimately controlled by Kim Mikkelsen, and the total number of TK Development A/S shares held by the two companies is currently 13,052,187, equal to 13.30% of the total share capital and voting rights.
