Correction: Major shareholder announcement

Correction to company announcement no. 13 of 2 July 2018

With reference to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, TK Development A/S hereby makes the following announcement:

TK Development A/S, ISIN DK0010258995, has received notification from Strategic Capital ApS, Islands Brygge 79 C, 4th floor right, DK-2300 Copenhagen S, to the effect that the company on 2 July 2018 sold 9,000,000 shares in TK Development A/S. Accordingly, Strategic Capital ApS owns a total of 868,742 shares in TK Development A/S, equal to 0.89% of the total share capital and voting rights.

Strategic Investments A/S and Strategic Capital ApS are ultimately controlled by Kim Mikkelsen, and the total number of TK Development A/S shares held by the two companies is currently 13,052,187, equal to 13.30% of the total share capital and voting rights.
