Kristian Kemppinen resigns from the Board of Directors of TCM Group

Kristian Kemppinen, Partner in IK Investment Partners, resigns from the Board of Directors of TCM Group as of 5 July 2018. At the same time, board member Anders Skole-Sørensen becomes vice-chairman of the Board of Directors, which consists of five members elected by the annual general meeting.

Kristian Kemppinen's resignation from the Board of Directors is a natural consequence of the fact that IK Investment Partners no longer owns shares in TCM Group. In May 2018, after the end of the lock-up period in connection with the listing of TCM Group in November 2017, IK Investment Partners sold its remaining 19.7% of TCM Group's share capital to a number of institutional investors.
