EVRAZ notes the announcement from PJSC Raspadskaya ("Raspadskaya") that certain documents relating to the Potential Demerger have been approved: https://e-disclosure.ru/portal/event.aspx?EventId=h1s-AKZzTA0aSaPRF6i-Cmgw-B-B.

EVRAZ notes that such agreements will not become effective until they are also approved and executed by EVRAZ. There can be no assurance that the Potential Demerger will be undertaken and the Board of EVRAZ will keep shareholders updated through further announcements as appropriate.
