Change of Auditor

As stated in the Company's interim report announced on 24 November 2021, the Board had taken the decision earlier this year to put the audit of the Company out to tender and expected to make a further announcement in this regard shortly. Following the completion of the formal tender process, the Board has approved the appointment of Grant Thornton Limited ("Grant Thornton") as the Company's external auditor for the financial year ending 31 March 2022.

Accordingly, KPMG Channel Islands Limited ("KPMG") has resigned as the Company's external auditor with effect from 7 December 2021.

The appointment of Grant Thornton will be recommended to the Company's shareholders for approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting in 2022.

The Board wishes to thank KPMG for its services and support as external auditor for the past six years since the Company's launch and looks forward to working with Grant Thornton in the future.

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP will continue to act as the Company's independent valuation agent responsible for reviewing the monthly valuations of our portfolio.
