Braemar (LSE: BMS), a leading international Shipbroker and provider of expert advice in shipping investment, chartering, risk management and logistics services, announces that it has received notification of the purchase of ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") by James Gundy, Group Chief Executive Officer.

James Gundy bought 23,000 Shares at 210p per Share on 3 December 2021. Following this transaction, James Gundy's total holding of Shares (including those of persons closely associated with him) is 657,436, equal to 2.04% of the Company's issued share capital.

The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
