Director/PDMR/PCA Transaction - Initial Notification

The Company announces that Bruce Robinson, the group legal services director and Company secretary, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 3,580 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of £3.808 per Ordinary Share and then repurchased into his Individual Savings Account (ISA) the same number of 3,580 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.808 per Ordinary Share on 7 December 2021.

Following the transactions, there has been no change in the number of shares in which Bruce Robinson has an interest.
