Reporting of Manager's transactions – Chairman transfer shares in TCM Group A/S to private ownership and to children

Pursuant to the Market Abuse Regulation article 19, TCM Group A/S (the "Company) hereby notifies receipt of notice from Chairman Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae, that the Chairman has brought shares in the Company for approx. DKK 1.6 million from Rakaas ApS. Of these, 300 shares were transferred as gifts to Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae's related (children). Rakaas ApS ere jet af Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae and her husband.
