Further to Spar Nord's company announcement no. 8 published earlier this day, Spar Nord hereby announces that Spar Nord has received dispensation from the obligation to published a tender offer to the shareholders in Danske Andelskassers Bank A/S ("DAB") from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority. As a result hereof, no tender offer regarding an offer to buy all shares in DAB will be published.

The dispensation from the obligation to publish a tender offer is attached to this company announcement.
