In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Saga plc (the "Company") advises that as at 18 November 2021, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 140,337,271 ordinary shares of 15 pence each. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 140,337,271.

The above figure 140,337,271 may be used by shareholders and other parties subject to disclosure obligations as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
