ROY Asset Holding SE: Ivan Wong leaves management, publication of 2021 annual financial statements further delayed
(München, Klingenberg, 29 Nov 2022) Ivan Wong is leaving ROY Asset Holding SE (ISIN DE000RYSE888, WKN: RYSE88, Symbol: RY8) as CFO and Managing Director with immediate effect. The Board of Directors of the Company has decided to terminate the cooperation with Mr. Wong. Ivan Wong has been a member of the management since 29 Sep 2022.
Ivan Wong’s leaving further delays the publication of the audited annual financial statements and consolidated financial statements for 2021 announced for 30 Nov 2022. From today’s perspective, the Company now expects that the audited annual financial statements and consolidated financial statements for 2021 will be published by 31 Mar 2023 at the latest.
