Stabilus SE: Management Board proposes dividend of €1.75 per share for fiscal year 2022
Koblenz, December 1, 2022 – The Management Board of Stabilus SE (WKN: STAB1L, ISIN: DE000STAB1L8) today resolved to propose to the Supervisory Board the distribution of a dividend for fiscal year 2022 (October 1, 2021 – September 30, 2022) in the amount of €1.75 per share (dividend paid for FY2021: €1.25 per share). The proposed dividend for FY2022 would thus be considerably higher than the current market expectation.
Subject to approval by the Supervisory Board at its annual accounts meeting on December 8, 2022 and by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on February 15, 2022, the total dividend payout would amount to €43.2 million (prior year: €30.9 million). In relation to the consolidated net income attributable to shareholders, the pay-out ratio would be approximately 42%, above the Stabilus SE’s targeted payout ratio of 20% to 40% of consolidated net income.
