**New dividend policy: Dividend for financial year 2022 to be increased to EUR 2.00**

Subject to a corresponding profit and liquidity situation of the Company, the Management Board of Talanx AG intends to increase the dividend for the financial year 2022 to EUR 2.00 per share and to submit a corresponding proposal to the Annual General Meeting of the Company in May 2023. This would correspond to an increase of 25% compared to the dividend for the 2021 financial year, which amounted to EUR 1.60 per share.

Furthermore, the Management Board aims to increase the dividend by a further 25% to a target value of EUR 2,50 per share by 2025, subject to the business development and the approval of the Supervisory Board and the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
