Adjustment of full-year forecast

Smartbroker Holding AG (the “Company”) has today adjusted its forecast for the financial year 2022, which was last updated in an announcement dated 24 August 2022.

Particularly due to a weaker than expected fourth quarter, the Company expects, on the basis of preliminary figures, a turnover of around €52.0 million at Group level for the past financial year 2022 (2021: €48.2 million), slightly below the previous guidance corridor of €54 million to €57 million. Consolidated operating EBITDA* is expected to be around €9.0 million (2021: €4.4 million) and thus outside the previously guided corridor of €10 to €12 million.

The Company expects to publish its preliminary figures for the full year 2022 in March.

*Operating EBITDA is calculated as follows: Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation.
