Board Appointment

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Scholefield as a non-executive director of Allianz Technology Trust PLC with effect from 1 December 2021.  

Tim is currently the Chairman of Invesco Bond Income Plus Limited and a non-executive director of BMO Capital and Income Trust plc, Fidelity Asian Values Plc, Jupiter Unit Trust Managers Limited and abrdn UK Smaller Companies Growth Trust plc.

Tim will be bringing over 30 years of experience in investment management to the Board, having in the past been Head of Equities at Baring Asset Management and Head of International Equities at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, amongst other roles.

Tim will be a member of the Audit and Risk, Management Engagement, Renumeration and Nomination Committees on appointment.
