Death of Non-Executive Director

George Adams

The Board of ScS Group plc notes with deepest regret the sudden death of George Adams at the age of 65. George joined the Group in July 2015 and was Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

Alan Smith, Chairman, said:

'I am shocked and deeply saddened by the sudden death of George, as are all his ScS colleagues. His positive contribution to the Group, as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee over the last six years, will be hugely missed by us all. Our thoughts are with George's family through this difficult time.'
