Quilter plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 7 pence each through J.P. Morgan Securities plc.

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:	15,861
Lowest price paid per share:	145.9500 pence
Highest price paid per share:	147.9000 pence
Average price paid per share:	146.3661 pence

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

Since 13 September 2021, the Company has purchased 19,554,726 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of £28,897,829.88.

Following settlement of the above transaction, the Company will hold none of its ordinary shares in treasury and will have 1,674,563,966 ordinary shares in issue.
