Pennon Group plc (the "Company") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 61.05 pence each on the London Stock Exchange and Multilateral Trading Facilities through Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc pursuant to the share buyback programme announced by the Company on 30 September 2021 which is expected to end no later than 30 November 2021.
