Change of Directorship

Further to the announcement made on 5 November 2021, the Company confirms that the appointment of Simon Pyper as a director has been approved by the Company's NOMAD and, as such, Simon joins Board as interim chairman with immediate effect. Disclosures regarding Simon Pyper are given below.

As stated in the announcement on 5th November 2021, with the appointment of a new director Charles Berry has resigned and leaves the board with immediate effect.
