Indivior PLC - Director Declaration

Indivior PLC announces that Lorna Parker, Non-Executive Director, has confirmed that she will continue to serve as a Non-Executive Director and will not step down by December 31st, 2021 as previously announced.

A search process is underway to identify a further independent Non-Executive Director.  Ms Parker will remain a Non-Executive Director to provide a smooth transition and continuity.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11.
