Announcement of Scrip Reference Share Price

Hamilton Bermuda - The Company announced on 7 August 2024 that it would be offering a scrip dividend alternative in connection with the interim dividend of 13.2 cents per share payable on 24 September 2024. The deadline for receipt of elections was 2 September 2024.

The Scrip Reference Share Price which will be used in calculating the entitlement of those who have elected for the scrip dividend alternative is 1,184p.

The Scrip Reference Price is based on the average of the closing middle market quotations derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the five business days commencing on 3 September 2024 and ending on 9 September 2024.

The Pound Sterling equivalent of the dividend is 10.05p per share and is based on the average USD/GBP exchange rate as published by the Bank of England for the five business days commencing on 3 September 2024 and ending on 9 September 2024.
