Quilter International Sale Completion Anticipated to be 30 November 2021

Further to the announcement of the proposed disposal of Quilter International to Utmost Group plc ("Utmost") on 1 April 2021, Quilter plc ("Quilter") is pleased to note that Utmost has received all regulatory and competition approvals and non-objections required for the transaction and the sale is therefore expected to complete on 30 November 2021.

As announced in its Capital Markets Day on 3 November 2021, Quilter continues to expect gross cash proceeds from the sale to be c.£480 million, representing the base sale price of £460 million plus c.£20 million of interest on the base sale price since 1 January 2021.
