AURELIUS Equity Opportunities SE & Co. KGaA sells Distrelec Group
Grünwald, April 27,2023 – AURELIUS Equity Opportunities SE & Co. KGaA (ISIN DE000A0JK2A8) (“Company”) has today signed an agreement with RS Group plc for the sale of its portfolio company Distrelec.
The enterprise value will amount to approximately EUR 365 million on the closing date. The company will receive an equity value after considering all deductions, minority interests, variable compensation and transaction costs of approximately EUR 200 million.
The transaction is subject to the approval of the relevant antitrust authorities. The Company expects the transaction to be completed in Q3 2023 or earlier.
