Board Changes

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11, Jeremy Sillem and Jonathan Sorrell have both decided to step down as non-executive Directors of the Company with immediate effect due to the increased demands of their respective executive commitments.

Change in Director's Particulars

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14, Maggie Fanari, an independent non-executive Director of the Company, is a director of Intercos S.P.A. which was listed on the Milan Stock Exchange on 2 November 2021.
