Notice of Trading Update

Grafton Group plc will issue a trading update for the ten months ended 31 October 2021 on Tuesday 9 November 2021 at 7:00am. 

A live audio conference call for analysts will be held at 8:30am on 9 November 2021.  Shareholders can listen to the audio conference call via a link which will be made available on the Company's website www.graftonplc.com.  A recording of the conference call will also be made available on the website following the call.

On the following day, Wednesday 10 November, Grafton is holding a Capital Markets Event to present its ambitions and growth strategy.   No new material disclosures on current trading will be provided at that event.
